JACKSON, Miss. (CIRCA via STORYFUL) — A student received a standing ovation at the Mississippi State Capitol on Tuesday after he performed the national anthem on a violin.
Representative Missy McGee shared a clip of Jackson resident John Uzodinma performing "The Star-Spangled Banner" and described it as “a great way to start the day." Uzodinma is a student at Louisiana State University and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, according to his Facebook account.
