Man drives his car into a Pennsylvania beer store, just steals 2 cans

WASHINGTON (CIRCA via STORYFUL) — A man drove a car through the door of a beer store in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, early Tuesday before stealing two cans of beer from a refrigerator, police said.

Can we guess your favorite type of beer?

Security camera footage released by the Newtown Township Police Department shows the vehicle ramming through the doors, before a man steps out and grab two cans of Bud Ice.

The store’s owners told Fox 29 that the repairs would cost around $15,000. In the same video report, a customer jokingly asks the owners if the store was now a drive-thru. Another local resident laughs in disbelief at the news of the smash-and-grab, and wonders why the man didn’t take a full case of beer.

Police appealed for anyone who recognized the burglar from the footage to contact them.
