WASHINGTON (CIRCA) — Cellphone video captured in San Diego, California, shows groups of migrants who are believed to be crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

Fox 5 San Diego reports 52 people were arrested and charged with crossing the border illegally. California Border Patrol does not believe anyone appeared to get away. The incident is believed to have happened around 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Dozens of people reportedly squeezed through a breach in the fence and were able to run past a Border Control SUV on the United States' side of the border, according to Fox 5 San Diego.

California Border Patrol says 23 men who are ages 18 to 53 and 15 women who are ages 21 to 50 were taken into custody. Seventeen juveniles who are ages 1 to 14 were also taken into custody.
