PARKER, Colo. (CIRCA via STORYFUL) β€” Firefighters came to the rescue when a police car got bogged during a blizzard in Colorado.

The above video, posted to Twitter on Wednesday, shows the South Metro Fire Rescue crew helping free a Parker Police vehicle during a snowstorm.

The cops weren't the only ones stuck in a historic, hurricane-strength snowstorm sweeping across Colorado.

Emergency services attended a number of calls for stranded vehicles and road accidents in the area as wind gusts reached 75 mph.

Major highways and roads across the region were closed due to the poor weather conditions, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
