This thief wearing a Spider-Man mask thought he was being sneaky, but he got caught robbing a liquor store

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (CIRCA) — A man in a Spider-Man mask got caught stealing liquor and cigarettes from a local liquor store in Florida.

Law enforcement was able to catch the suspect, Edward Wilburn, because he appeared on surveillance footage unmasked moments before committing the crime.

Wilburn has a long history of arrests and drug use, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

He was charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, grand theft and committing third-degree felony while wearing a mask or hood.
