New Jersey Transit cop drags man along ground outside station


TRENTON, N.J. (CIRCA via STORYFUL) — The New Jersey Transit Police said it was investigating an incident after a video was posted online showing an officer dragging a man along the ground outside the Trenton Transit Center on Saturday.

Footage first posted on Facebook shows the officer manhandling and dragging the unresponsive man along the ground. The officer repeatedly tells the man to get up.

The New Jersey Transit Police said the incident was being investigated by the department’s internal affairs division, according to local media.

The source of the video wished to remain anonymous.
