WASHINGTON (CIRCA via STORYFUL) — SpaceX launched the first test flight of its passenger-ready Crew Dragon craft on Saturday morning.
SpaceX said the craft launched atop a Falcon 9 rocket from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

When operational, the craft will be able to carry astronauts to the International Space Station. Saturday's test flight was unmanned. It will dock with the ISS on March 8 before returning to Earth.
