FUZHOU, China (CIRCA via STORYFUL) — A baby was among those pulled from the rubble by emergency services who rescued 17 people after a building collapsed in Fuzhou city, near the southeastern coast of China, on Feb. 16.

The collapse killed three people and injured 14 more, according to the Chinese fire service.

The above clips, released on Feb. 20 and Feb. 18 respectively, show a baby and a woman being rescued from the rubble of the building.

The landlord of the building, built in 2003, was arrested and was being investigated for endangering public safety, Chinese state-run media reported.
