FARGO, N.D. (CIRCA) – One boy in Fargo, North Dakota is showing that jumping on the trampoline is fun for everyone. Wyatt, a 4-year-old with spina bifida, visits TNT Kids Fitness and Gymnastics once a week for therapy sessions.
The video, which already has over one million views, shows Wyatt jumping with Nate Hendrickson, TNT’s Special Needs Director.
Circa spoke with TNT's Communication Specialist, Tim Frie who said, "Wyatt loves his time on the trampoline."
Frie also commented that, "TNT's mission is ‘We believe every individual is able to unlock potential through movement.' We offer services for individuals with special needs through therapy sessions, occupational therapy."
They created TNT’s SONIC program which is a training program for other gymnastic facilities to launch their own special needs programming. TNT's goal is to adapt this model to organizations across the country.
