WASHINGTON (CIRCA) — If you've been wondering what Bill Clinton has been up to for past two decades, here's your chance to find out. According to The New York Times, the 42nd president is writing a book about his life after his stay in the Oval Office.
Clinton's life inside the White House was marred with controversy after he had an affair with then-White House intern Monica Lewinsky. You might think his life after politics isn't as captivating, but you may want to reconsider. Clinton had a front-row seat to his wife Hillary's two presidential runs: first, her loss to Barack Obama for the Democratic candidate bid in 2008; and her most recent loss to President Donald Trump in 2016 in the general election. It's unclear if or how much Clinton plans to discuss her campaign in the book, but there's a good chance it could be a selling point.
Paul Bogaards, an executive vice president for the publisher, Knopf Doubleday, told the Times there was no timetable for publication.
