LYNCHBURG, Va. (CIRCA via WSET) — An animal shelter in Lynchurg, Virginia, said it was happy it was able to help a cat shot more than 50 times with pellets.
The Animal Emergency and Critical Care of Lynchburg said none of the pellets caused any life-threatening injuries to the formal feral cat.
The cat, named Monster, received wound care, pain medication and antibiotics.
Doctors said he was a gentleman during his stay, and they are happy to send him home to his family.
