Florida McDonald's employee filmed calling customer N-word

SPRING HILL, Fl. (CIRCA via STORYFUL) –McDonald’s released a statement from the store’s manager Javier Illas, saying: “I am aware of the incident involving one of my employees earlier this week. The disturbance with the customer prompted our management team to call the police right away; and we did an immediate investigation on this matter. This behavior goes against the values and standards that I expect from employees in my restaurants. This employee displayed improper and unacceptable conduct and is no longer with the company.”

SPRING HILL, Fl. (CIRCA via STORYFUL) - A McDonald’s customer in Florida filmed an employee using a racial slur against him during a heated confrontation in early January, according to a video shared on Wednesday.

According to Zacch Barnes, he was racially abused by a male employee, who called him the N-word.

In the video, a heated exchange occurred between Barnes, who was holding the camera, and several people in McDonald’s uniforms.

Barnes is heard in the video accusing one of the McDonald’s workers of calling him the N-word. Eventually, the accused worker responded, calling the customer the N-word, sparking verbal outrage from Barnes.
