OCEAN SHORES, Wash. (CIRCA via STORYFUL) — Two police officers in Ocean Shores, Washington, helped rescue a seal that was caught in plastic on the beach.
While one officer held down the seal, another officer cut the seal loose from the plastic.
A bystander, Steven Hill, captured the rescue on video.
After the seal was untangled, it rushed toward the ocean.
