WASHINGTON (CIRCA) — Six puppies found in California received a Christmas miracle Friday when they were rescued from a burning structure. The Truckee Meadows (Nevada) Fire Protection District saved the pups in a remote area of California between Doyle and Pyramid Lake, and all the dogs are healthy and in great spirits.
Before they were moved to Washoe County, Nevada regional animal services, the firefighter gave the dogs baths. In a video posted to Facebook, it looks like the firefighters had a better time than the puppies.
On Facebook, the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District posted that its was hard to let the dogs go.
