WASHINGTON (CIRCA) — November was a busy month for President Trump with the midterm elections, California wildfires and the latest with the Mueller investigation. Trump let his opinion be known on those topics and several others in the Twitter universe. Trump tweeted a total of 307 times in November. Circa wanted to know who were the top five people Trump tweeted about the most in November and went through all 307 tweets and checked on Trump Twitter Archive to find out who was on President Trump's mind the most. There was actually a three-way tie for third.
3. (Tie) President Trump: 7 times

President Trump tweeted quotes about himself a number of times, including two from Ben Stein.
“There’s only been 5 times in the last 105 years that an incumbent President has won seats in the Senate in the off year election. Mr. Trump has magic about him. This guy has magic coming out of his ears. He is an astonishing vote getter & campaigner. The Republicans are.........

....unbelievably lucky to have him and I’m just awed at how well they’ve done. It’s all the Trump magic - Trump is the magic man. Incredible, he’s got the entire media against him, attacking him every day, and he pulls out these enormous wins.” Ben Stein, “The Capitalist Code”

3. (Tie) Rick Scott: 7 times

The senator elect from Florida was on Trump's mind a lot in the beginning of the month while campaigning for Scott.
REMEMBER FLORIDA: I have been President of the United States for almost two years. During that time Senator Bill Nelson didn’t call me once. Rick Scott called constantly requesting dollars plus for Florida. Did a GREAT job on hurricanes. VOTE SCOTT!

....Lake Okeechobee and all of the hurricane money were a passion for Rick Scott, who called endlessly on behalf of the People of Florida. Vote @ScottforFlorida!

3. (Tie) Chuck Schumer: 7 times

The senator from New York was brought up before the midterms and working with Senator Mitch McConnell.
I need the people of West Virginia to send a message to Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi and the Radical Democrats by voting for Carol Miller and Patrick Morrisey!

Really good Criminal Justice Reform has a true shot at major bipartisan support. @senatemajldr Mitch McConnell and @SenSchumer have a real chance to do something so badly needed in our country. Already passed, with big vote, in House. Would be a major victory for ALL!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 23, 2018
2. Nancy Pelosi: 8 times

The House minority leader was the subject of both negative and positive tweets from the president in November.
I can get Nancy Pelosi as many votes as she wants in order for her to be Speaker of the House. She deserves this victory, she has earned it - but there are those in her party who are trying to take it away. She will win! @TomReedCongress

If Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi gain the majority, they will try to raise your taxes, restore job-killing regulations, shut down your coal mines and timber mills, take away your healthcare, impose socialism, and ERASE your borders. VOTE for @MattForMontana and @GregForMontana! pic.twitter.com/aDnCQKY7QD

1. Robert Mueller: 14 times

Robert Mueller was tweeted about the most in the entire month of November and tweeted about 13 times since November 15.
Universities will someday study what highly conflicted (and NOT Senate approved) Bob Mueller and his gang of Democrat thugs have done to destroy people. Why is he protecting Crooked Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Lisa Page & her lover, Peter S, and all of his friends on the other side?
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 15, 2018
When Mueller does his final report, will he be covering all of his conflicts of interest in a preamble, will he be recommending action on all of the crimes of many kinds from those “on the other side”(whatever happened to Podesta?), and will he be putting in statements from.....
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 26, 2018
....hundreds of people closely involved with my campaign who never met, saw or spoke to a Russian during this period? So many campaign workers, people inside from the beginning, ask me why they have not been called (they want to be). There was NO Collusion & Mueller knows it!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 26, 2018
The Phony Witch Hunt continues, but Mueller and his gang of Angry Dems are only looking at one side, not the other. Wait until it comes out how horribly & viciously they are treating people, ruining lives for them refusing to lie. Mueller is a conflicted prosecutor gone rogue....
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 27, 2018
In Trump tweets, he focuses more on groups of people like Republicans and Democrats and the media than focusing on specific people. But in November, Mueller had the spotlight of being the person in the most tweets coming from Trump.
