ST. PAUL, Minn. (CIRCA via WCCO) — One person was hospitalized Friday morning after a house exploded in St. Paul, Minnesota, according to reports.
WCCO-TV reported that the house exploded at about 8:30 a.m. John Lundahl, 80, was taken to the hospital.
Eleven neighbors were displaced, and fire crews rescued a dog and a cat, the report said. The explosion could be felt 5 miles away, according to the report.
Aerial views of the area show the home was leveled and debris scattered throughout the area of Edgerton Street and Payne Avenue.
