WASHINGTON (Circa) — A woman in Youngstown, Ohio was arrested after asking a police officer if he wanted to play as her pants were down.
58-year-old Denise Molina was found by authorities half-naked while rolling in the middle of the road around 8 p.m. Tuesday. Police responded to the scene after receiving a call about a woman lying down on the street. Molina was foaming at the mouth and even looked like she was disorientated, according to police.
Furthermore, the police report says Molina was able to stand up but then fell and asked officers who were assisting her, "You wanna play? We'll play." One officer was willing to help her get back up, but she lunged at them with clenched fists according to the report.
Molina was sent to the hospital via ambulance but kicked an EMT in the throat as she was being transported. WKBN reports Molina already faced a warrant for her arrest prior to Tuesday's incident.
She was charged with assault as well as dog ordinance after rolling on the street with two dogs by her side.
