A McDonald's customer in California assaulted a manager over ketchup, police say

WASHINGTON (CIRCA) - Police in Santa Ana, California, are searching for a young woman who was caught on camera assaulting a McDonald's manager over ketchup.

According to Santa Ana police, the woman entered the fast-food restaurant through the employee backdoor and asked for ketchup around 11 p.m. on Oct. 27. Police say the store manager told the woman she couldn't be in the building, at which point she became combative.

In a press release, Santa Ana police describe the woman as Hispanic with brown hair. She was wearing a pink shirt with gray sweatpants and appears to be between the ages of 20 and 25.
