ARLINGTON, Va. (Circa) — The Arlington National Cemetery will honor those who have served in the armed forces on Sunday, Nov. 11 for Veterans Day.

Painted rocks left on a headstone in Section 60 on #VeteransDay2017. @MDW_USArmy hosted its 64th annual national #VeteransDay observance, to honor the men and women who have served and continue to serve in the U.S. armed forces during war and peacetime today. Events included a Presidential Armed Forces Full Honor wreath-laying ceremony at the #TombOfTheUnknownSoldier, which was immediately followed by the @DeptVetAffairs observance program in the #MemorialAmphitheater. The public is invited to join two ceremonial events that day. At 11 a.m, the U.S. Army Military District of Washington will hold a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. An observance ceremony will immediately follow.
