WASHINGTON (Circa) — Twitter user Brother Nature is known for his adorable tweets and videos featuring animals whom he advocates for.
The 20-year-old, whose real name is Kelvin Peña, is especially recognized across social media platforms for hanging around deer.
His genuine passion for the creatures have brought him a whole new fan base reaching more than 1 million followers on Twitter. Many social media users have even urged television networks to give the star his own show.
But it is @COLDGAMEKELV's old tweets from 2011 and 2012 that currently have social media buzzing. The controversial tweets include a salute to Hitler and white power. It is unknown what the intentions of these tweets were but the famous Twitter user currently has his tweets protected - meaning no one can access them.
It also unknown why these tweets are being revealed today or who discovered them.
Social media is not reacting too kindly to the recently resurfaced remarks.
Brother Nature most recently starred in his own Facebook Watch show titled "Deer Squad: Mexico." There's no word on what the future of that series is. Super Deluxe was the company that produced the show, but it was coincidentally shut down on Friday by parent company Turner.
