THURMONT, Md. (Circa) — A local farm in Maryland dedicated its corn maze design to a young girl who fought a brave battle with brain cancer.
Kaisy Knott, 13, was diagnosed with a childhood brain tumor called Deffuse Intrinsic Pontine Giloma in 2016.
Her family spent thousands of dollars and months seeking treatment in Mexico.
Unfortunately, just weeks before the grand opening of the corn maze, Knott died.
The corn maze design featured Kaisy with her 4-H cow.
Now, the farm will honor her memory and raise money for her medical expenses.
