WATCH: Typhoon hits the Philippines just before a couple dances at their wedding reception

WASHINGTON (Circa) - Newly released footage from The Daily Mail shows the moment a typhoon hit as Randy Manaois and his bride Jennifer were getting married in Marikina, Philippines.

In the video, you can see the Manaois happy in one instance before instantly becoming terrified. The storm caused power to shut down at what presumably looked to be the couple's wedding reception.

The Daily Mail reports many of the wedding's attendees immediately ran for cover. You can hear many of them screaming with fear as windows are smashed and cable lines are torn down outside.

"It happened so fast. Everyone was excited and things were moving quickly. Then we heard the sound and there was a flash in the mirrors," Manaois said. "There was a big crash above the roof and everything was blacking out. My wife was scared and everyone was panicking."

Manaois is happy everyone is safe but feels sorry for the guests.

"We did not know that such tragedy will happen. My wife is still in shock," Manaois said.

At least 25 people were killed as a result of the typhoon.
