LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The much-rumored face-off between golf's two biggest names is official.
Tiger Woods announced on Twitter that he will take on Phil Mickelson in a head-to-head matchup on Thanksgiving weekend in the Las Vegas valley.
"It's on @PhilMickelson #TigerVSPhil," Woods tweeted, along with a graphic calling it "The Match."
"I bet you think this is the easiest $9M you will ever make," Phil replied, along with a cry-laughing emoji.

It's not immediately clear where the match will take place. ESPN reported earlier this month the two would face off at Shadow Creek Golf Course on either the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving.
