WARREN, Mich. (WEYI/WSMH) - You wouldn’t think twice about taking your car or truck to the car wash, but why would you take a dog there?

That’s what many are wondering after a man was caught on camera at a car wash in Warren, doing just that—using a power washer and scrub brush to get the dogs clean.

Nicole Ross, owner of Wash Stop located on Nine Mile and Hoover, says the man put the dogs in danger by doing that.

“The soap is used to get bugs and gunk off cars, not animals,” said Ross.

Ross also went on to say that the water that comes out of the power washer comes out at a high temperature and that the pressure reaches up to 1,200 PSI, which again, isn’t safe for animals.
