Located at the Los Angeles Convention Center, E3 has grown exponentially as it stands at the forefront of the over $100 billion video games industry, with esports expected to grow to $1 billion in 2018, according to a report by Super Data.
The popularity of 'Battle Royale' games like Fortnite have brought in even more gamers, with E3 hosting a $3 million celebrity Pro-Am tournament, as well as offering a massive fan experience featuring real-life representations of characters and props from the game.
