MOLALLA, Ore. – Mother’s Day was very special for a Oregon man, who was reunited with his mother after 52 years.
Judy Martinez-Ross put her son Tim up for adoption in the 60s. After that, she didn't know what happened to him.
However, she received a life-changing phone call back in March. Judy's biological granddaughter had done a 23andMe’s genetics test. Through the results, Judy was able to track down her son.
“I know who he is now, I've seen him, I've met him, I've talked to him, I've hugged him, I've kissed him, I've told him ‘I love you’ at least 100 times since I met him,” Judy said.
Tim tells KATU News that getting to know his mom has been an extraordinary, jaw dropping, and non-stop adventure so far.
