Kanye's twitter followers are back up to 27.9M.
The New York Daily News is reporting that Twitter is denying that his endorse of Trump cost him followers.
"We can confirm that Kanye's follower count is currently at approximately 27M followers. Any fluctuation that people might be seeing is an inconsistency and should be resolved soon," a spokesperson told the Daily News.
In the past few days, Kanye West has come out of self-imposed isolation and jumped back on Twitter.
He was dropping some insightful tweets about love and new projects he was working on.

Then tweeted out a picture of a signed Make America Great Again hat and a few more President Trump related things and in the process lost a bunch of followers.

Some of West's fans have started to unfollow him and when I say "some fans"-- I mean about nine million.
Here's a tweet showing that he had over 27.8M followers now it's down to 18.6M.
Is this a glitch? Or did Kanye lose some 9 million followers after Trump’s endorsement? pic.twitter.com/vpmpMwVw0c

But it wasn't a sad day for Kanye, he also got a retweet from the President.
Thank you Kanye, very cool! https://t.co/vRIC87M21X
