WATCH LIVE: New Cheech and Chong exhibit at the GRAMMY Museum celebrates 40 years of 'Up In Smoke'

LOS ANGELES (Circa) -- Comedy duo Cheech and Chong are getting their own exhibit at the GRAMMY Museum. You may recognize them from "Up In Smoke," the 1978 cult film about a two pot-smoking friends road-tripping. We decided to stop by and check it out on opening day, 4/20:

The film, starring East L.A. native Richard "Cheech" Marin and Canadian Tommy Chong, is largely credited for establishing the stoner comedy genre.

Starting today and through spring of 2019, people will be able to see memorabilia from the movie and explore what made Americans fall in love with the comedic duo at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles.
