WATCH: The March for Science happening in Washington DC


The March for Science is a global organization that advocates for equitable evidence-based science policies.

The Washington DC Rally and March will feature teach-in tents and expos.

Speakers of this year’s Washington DC event include Dr. Sheila Jasanoff (Professor of Science & Technology Studies), Dr. Crystal Dilworth (Molecular Neuroscientist and Science Communicator) , Dr. David Titley (Retired Rear Admiral), Dr. Hakeem Oluseyi (Professor of Physics and Space Sciences), Dr. Susan B. Sorenson (Professor of Social Policy), Dr. Rush D. Holt (Chief Executive Officer of AAAS), Dr. Heather Tallis (Lead Scientist at TNC), Evelyn Valdez-Ward (Graduate Student), Dr. Marga Gual Soler (Senior Project Director of AAAS’s Center for Science Diplomacy), Dr. Henry "Hoby" Wedler (Chemist & Founder), Max Schill (Patient Advocate), Jacqueline Smalls (NGSS Writing Team Member), Dr. Corey Welch (Director of STEM Scholars Program) and many more.
