WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is in jail after he kidnapped, attacked, and posted a video of a woman engaging in a sex act with him to her social media, deputies say.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to a delayed battery call near Wellington on Tuesday afternoon. Deputies made contact with the female victim, who said she had been in a relationship with 22-year-old Kevin Hulcolm for the last four months, but wanted the relationship to end.

The victim contacted Hulcolm, and he asked if he could come to her house to talk about the relationship, deputies say.

According to PBSO, the victim agreed and told Hulcolm to come to her house. A few minutes later, Hulcolm arrived and asked the victim to get in the passenger seat to talk. The report says the victim left the car door open.

Hulcolm asked the victim, "So, what happened?" But before she could answer he put the vehicle in reverse, and reached to close the passenger side door. Deputies say the victim asked Hulcolm to stop, but he continued to drive away from her house.

As Hulcolm drove away, he yelled at the victim and expressed how angry he was for her wanting to leave him. According to PBSO, the fight escalated and Hulcolm slapped the victim.

The report says the victim asked Hulcolm to stop the car and when he refused she hit him with a closed fist. Hulolm responded, "Now, I am really going to f*** you up. Wait till I pull over."

Deputies say Hulcolm pulled over in a remote area of Wellington, and prevented the victim from exiting the vehicle. Hulcolm grabbed her and began hitting her with an open and closed fist. Hulcolm then wrapped his hands around her neck, began choking her, and hit her in the back, deputies said.

According to the report, Hulcolm proceeded to headbutt her, hit her again, and the victim began crying and asked for him to take her back home.

Hulcolm ultimately agreed, and drove her back to her house. PBSO says he did not let her exit the vehicle, and threatened that she better not tell anyone what happened.

He then allowed the victim to exit his car. While on scene, he posted a video of the two engaging in a sex act to her social media account. The victim told deputies he knows her passwords, but does not have permission to to post this type of content.

Hulcolm is now facing charges of kidnapping, battery by strangulation, battery and sexual cyber-harassment.
