Man says he was kicked off flight because he had a logo with two guns on his shirt

ATLANTA (WKRC) - A professional skateboarder claims the logo on his T-shirt got him kicked off a flight leaving Atlanta, according to a report by WSB.

Justin Mallory was wearing his own brand of apparel which includes a logo featuring two guns. He says that's the reason he was removed from the flight.

However, the airline says his disruptive behavior was the reason for his removal.

Frontier said "he became argumentative prior to boarding when asked to check his skateboard. The passenger boarded the aircraft and continued to exhibit disruptive behavior."

Mallory says Frontier's claims are "totally false".

He and his lawyer are considering a lawsuit.
