Chicago police officer arrested after sucking the toes of suspect in custody


WASHINGTON (Circa) – A Chicago police officer was charged and held on $200,000 bail after he sucked the toes of a suspect shackled to a hospital bed, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

According to the report the victim was a suspect involved with a misdemeanor crime after his arrest the victim stated he wanted to end his life and was then held at St. Bernard Hospital. The officer, Carlyle Calhoun was charged to guard the suspect.

The report states that Calhoun asked the man about his arrest and then offered him relationship advice. Then he sucked the suspect’s toes, grabbed his genitals and took a picture of the victim as he attempted to relieve himself. Then Calhoun took the man into the bathroom and performed a sex act on him, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

The paper also stated that the victim asked for Calhoun to stop several times but he didn’t. When other officers returned to the hospital room victim told authorities and they used a sexual assault evidence kit.

The Chicago Sun Times said that Calhoun’s saliva swab matched the DNA found on the victim and after searching the his cell phone the image of the victim was found.
