SAN ANTONIO — Officers arrested a man this week after two young boys came forward to say he excessively punished them.
Police responded to the victims' school on Friday for reports of child abuse. The victims said 31-year-old Ossie Fields whipped them with an electrical cord when their bedroom wasn't cleaned, according to an affidavit. They said it this was a typical way Fields would discipline them.
A Child Protective Services worker and police at the scene found that the victims suffered numerous cuts and bruises all over their bodies.
Fields was arrested and charged with injury to a child, a third-degree felony.
