Cop arrests woman filming him kicking group of teens out of movie theater

An off duty police officer arrested a woman for resisting arrest outside of a Pennsylvania movie theater.

The women, Melanie Carter, posted video of the incident on Facebook on Thursday.

She started filming after the officer kicked three girls out of the movie theater arcade.

The movie theater manager is heard calling the girls “animals” in the video.

"See how they treat our kids? You hear they call them animals?" said Melanie Carter, of Wilkinsburg, as she recorded the video.

"They're behaving like an animal," said the theater manager, whose name was not released.

North Versailles police Officer Christopher Kelly then confronted Carter and told her to leave.

"I paid my money. I'm not going anywhere. My kids are in there," Carter said.

"This is defiant trespass. Get off the premises," Kelly responded.

"I didn't trespass anything," Carter said.

Kelly took out his handcuffs, approached Carter and a struggle ensued.

“Get off of me. Get off of me," Carter said. "You see this guy? Get off of me. What are you doing?"

According to the police report, Carter, 35, was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and failure to disperse.

The movie theater posted a response to the incident on Facebook.
