KEISER (KATV) — Several homes, businesses, a motel and a public library were among the structures damaged in Keiser as a severe storm system moved through Arkansas on Saturday.
Keiser is a city of about 700 people in northeast Arkansas. It's about 40 miles north of Memphis.
A tornado was recorded in Keiser on Saturday night.
The storm system caused flooding across the state and was blamed for at least one death. The Clay County sheriff's office in northeast Arkansas said an 83-year-old man was killed when his trailer was blown away.
