Women gather from around the country for second march on Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON (WJLA) — Women from around the country arrived on Capitol Hill Saturday for the second Women’s March on Washington.

The event started last year after President Donald Trump was elected and was the largest women’s march in United States history.

Marchers meet at the Reflecting Pool, on the National Mall, at 11 a.m. for a rally and then start marching to the White House.

Some of this year's guests include Senator Tim Kaine, professional soccer player Joanna Lohman and Founding Director of Not Without Black Women Brittany T. Oliver.
