Students and teachers at a high school in Tennessee are rallying for snow. Harpeth High School in Kingston Springs shared video of Ms. Morse doing their famous "snow dance."
One student commented on the video saying how much taking just five minutes of the day to break out in a dance has put kids in a happier mood.
"I’m in the front row in this video. We had a ton of fun! We took 5 minutes out of class to do this cool dance. I can already tell doing that dance this morning put the students here in a better and happier mood! Every school needs a little more positivity and fun activities along with learning. I love this school!!"
Middle Tennessee is bracing for potential snow and ice Friday morning and afternoon.
The "Snow Dance" isn't the only superstition or ritual floating around for kids hoping for a snow day. Some other avenues include wearing your pajamas on inside out, putting a spoon under your pillow, putting a white crayon in the freezer or putting an ice cube on the porch.
