Jake Paul is one of the top YouTube creators out there. Along with Team 10 he has managed to dominate YouTube and headlines and — as Shira Lazar and Ryan Mitchell point out — he seems so much calmer than the character he portrays in his videos! As Jake Paul points out — the character Jake Paul is always at 120%, but he himself stays at 80%. Shira then asks Jake about his schedule, and Jake said that the schedule is “always on”. Jake discusses however that the secret to his success is building a great team and delegating parts of the Jake Paul business so Jake Paul can just focus on the fun and hard work of being Jake Paul.

Shira then asks — what advice does he have for any young people out there trying to live the Team 10 brand. Jake Paul says — the advice he wishes he gave his younger self is to find what you love and then do it all the time and find a way to make money for it. Hey, it’s true! Once you find something that you love as your job, it’s like you never have to work in your life. Jake Paul also denotes the importance of hard work, calling himself one of the top five hardest workers — and the importance of consistency. Hard consistent work — sound advice from one of YouTube’s finest. Check out the interview for more — including Jake Paul’s response to parents flummoxed by his celebrity.
