If you're anything like comedian John Candy in "Uncle Buck" because you just can't get enough cheese, then you are in luck.
A new study found that eating cheese every day might reduce the risk of developing heart disease by 14 percent.
The report, published in the European Journal of Nutrition, claims an analysis of more than 200,000 people over a decade showed cheese consumption might actually be healthy despite its high content of saturated fatty acids.
Overall, those who ate more cheese were also 10 percent less likely to have a stroke than those who didn't eat cheese.
Benefits to eating about 40 grams of cheese (or the size of a matchbox!) a day include a healthy intake of calcium, protein, and probiotics.
