James E. McMillian, the lawyer for artists including Machine Gun Kelly, talks about what's next for Meek Mill.

Days after rapper Meek Mill was sentenced to 2-4 years in prison following multiple probation violations, fans and supporters alike will take to the streets to protest his sentencing.

The #RallyForMeek protest will take place outside of the Criminal Justice Center in Philadelphia, the rapper's hometown.

Circa's Kay Angrum spoke with lawyer and entrepreneur James E. McMillan about Meek Mill's sentencing and what it's like fighting for artists' rights in the music industry.

Artists McMillan has worked with include Kodak Black, Machine Gun Kelly, New Edition and Justine Sky.
