Apparently, the beef between Tyrese Gibson and the Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, has hit its peak and now Tyrese is threating to leave the Fast & Furious movie franchise.

For the past few weeks, Tyrese has been taking to social media to express his displeasure with The Rock getting a spin off movie based on his character Luke Hobbs.

Tyrese has accused The Rock of holding up production on the forthcoming ninth movie of the franchise. The untitled spinoff, due out July 26, 2019, took the release spot previously reserved for 'Fast & Furious 9.' 'Fast 9' is now slated to come out on April 10, 2020.

But the beef with The Rock may not be the only thing causing Tyrese to have outbursts on Instagram. He is also going through a very testy child custody case with his former ex-wife Norma Gibson.

According to Page Six, Tyrese is under investigation by the L.A. County of Department of Children and Family Services for allegedly striking his child so much that she was unable to sit.

Norma claimed that her ex-husband “beat” Shayla between 12 and 16 times. She is looking to obtain a permanent restraining order against him and is seeking full physical and legal custody. She fears Tyrese could take Shayla overseas to Dubai, where he has professional ties.

Though Tyrese has denied the allegations, Norma’s team has alleged the singer-turned-actor is attempting to sway Shayla before she testifies by showering her with gifts, including flowers, balloons, teddy bears and a fruit arrangement. A distraught Shayla is said to have sought refuge in the principal’s office as the plane flew over the school.

“This disturbing behavior is a complete violation of the restraining order,” said Norma’s lawyer, Aleen Khanjian. “It is a reflection of Mr. Gibson’s erratic state of mind.”

Norma told Page Six, that she does not want to take Tyrese’s child away from him, but she hopes he receives “the therapy he needs so that our daughter can have a relationship with her father she deserves.”
