R&B singer Tamar Braxton has filed to divorce her husband music producer Vincent Herbert a month shy of their 9 -year anniversary, according to the Associated Press.
Braxton filed for divorce this week in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple were married in 2008 and are the parents of 4-year-old son Logan Herbert. Braxton is seeking joint custody of their son but wants Logan to live with her.
Through her representatives, Braxton sent a statement to People magazine saying, “At this time we can confirm Ms. Braxton has made an extremely difficult decision and has filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert. She appreciates everyone’s love and prayers.
