Holy sports overload Batman! All 4 Major Sports Leagues have a game on TV

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No not Christmas-- but the “Great Sports Equinox” of 2017.

Today, all four major sports leagues: the NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB have at least one game on schedule.

In Major League Baseball, it is Game 5 of the NLCS. It’s win or go home for the Cubs as the Dodgers are up 3-1 on the Cubs and the Cubs hope to extend the series. Clayton Kershaw is on the mound for the Dodgers and Jose Quintana is up for the Cubs.

The NBA has three games on schedule, with the big game of the night being the Thunder vs Knicks. The two big storylines are Carmelo Anthony making his debut with his new team the Thunder against his old team the Knicks. And rookie Lonzo Ball makes his Lakers debuts against the Clippers.

Make sure your fantasy football lineups are set as the Kansas City Chiefs are in Oakland taking on the Raiders on Thursday Night Football.

There are nine games being played tonight in the young NHL season.

There is also college football, as 25th ranked Memphis takes on Houston and Louisiana plays Arkansas State.

So, when you are talking about this jam-packed sports night throw in all the clichés! It’s Christmas in October! Fans will be like kids in a candy store! Basically, “at the end of the day” tonight is gonna be LIT!!
