The streaming service Netflix has released the final trailer for the second season of "Stranger Things."
The opening scene of the trailer starts off with the main character Eleven retrieving waffles that Sheriff Hopper left for her in the woods. Then the trailer quickly escalates and shows that Will is still connected to the Upside Down because he starts to see monsters.
The trailer paints a clear picture that the characters' battle with supernatural creatures is far from over.
The show's creators say that 1980s movies such as "Terminator 2" and "Aliens" have influenced them in creating the second season of the popular Netflix show, according to The Verge.
The second season will be released exclusively on Netflix on Oct. 27.
