Caleb Moore, son of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore of Alabama was arrested for the ninth time, according to the Associated Press.

Caleb’s father is Roy Moore, the former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice who beat incumbent Sen. Luther Strange in the Republican U.S. Senate runoff election in Alabama in September.

Roy Moore is running in a special election for U.S Senate against Democrat Doug Jones on Dec. 12.

Moore was arrested on a misdemeanor charge related to a November 2016 arrest for hunting without permission and hunting over bait. Moore was also arrested in 2015 for drug possession in 2015.
Caleb Moore was released on $1000 bond.

The Moore campaign put out a statement calling the arrest “…a cheap political trick to detract from the real issues facing our Country.”
