Hugh Hefner
FILE - This Oct. 13, 2011 file photo shows American magazine publisher, founder and Chief Creative Officer of Playboy Enterprises, Hugh Hefner at his home at the Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif. Hefner’s attorneys are asking a judge to dismiss the Playboy founder from a lawsuit filed by a woman who accuses Bill Cosby of abusing her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. A motion filed Tuesday, June 28, in a Los Angeles federal court contends that a lawsuit filed by former model Chloe Goins is barred by the statute of limitations, and she has not pleaded facts that would allow the case to proceed.
