Tennis star Serena Williams shared the first photo of her baby daughter on Instagram on Wednesday and revealed her name: Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.
Baby Alexis is named after her father and Williams' fiance, Alexis Ohanian.
Ohanian on Wednesday then posted a YouTube video depicting Williams' pregnancy and the aftermath of their daughter's birth that morning.
"So we're leaving the hospital after six, seven days, six days," Williams says in the clip titled "Hello, World. "It's been a long time. We had a lot of complications but look who we got? We got a baby girl."
Ohanian's video listed the couple's child as having a birth weight of 6 lbs and 14 oz., as well having one a single "Grand Slam" title like her mother.
Williams first revealed she was pregnant in an April 19 Snapchat post with the caption "20 weeks." The athlete's announcement meant she was eight weeks pregnant while winning the Australian Open last January.
The tennis player announced her engagement to Ohanian, who co-founded Reddit, in December 2016. The couple reportedly plans on moving to San Francisco after their wedding.
The 35-year-old is universally regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of women's tennis. She has won 23 Grand Slam singles titles and spent 316 weeks as the world's No. 1-ranked player.
