Eric Bolling's 19-year-old son Eric Chase died Friday night, just hours after Fox News announced that Bolling was leaving the network.
"Adrienne and I are devastated by the loss of our beloved son Eric Chase last night," Eric Bolling tweeted Saturday night. "Thoughts, prayers appreciated."

Eric Chase Bolling was a sophomore at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
The former Fox News host said his son's death is still under investigation, but authorities told him there was "no sign of self harm at this point." An autopsy is scheduled for this week.
On Friday, Fox News Channel said it had parted ways with Bolling, who was suspended in August following allegations that he sent lewd photos to female co-workers.
Still, the network released a statement in response to Eric Chase's death.
"We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Eric Bolling's son," Fox News Channel said in a statement Saturday. "Eric Chase was a wonderful young man and our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bolling family."
Eric Chase Bolling was the former Fox News host's only child, CNN reports.
