John McCain's daughter fired back at a Trump supporter who said her father 'needs to die now'

Sen. John McCain's daughter, Meghan, fired back at a Trump supporter who called for the Arizona Republican's death.

"This Trump supporter is shouting at protesters: 'McCain needs to die now!'" journalist David Catanese of US News and World Report tweeted Tuesday, just before the president's campaign-style rally in Phoenix, Arizona.

Meghan McCain retweeted him hours later saying, "I wouldn't wish seeing this about your own father on my worst enemy. May God help these people who inflict such cruelty in the world."

During Tuesday night's fiery rally, Trump took a not-so-subtle jab at Arizona's Republican senators.

Although Trump said he wasn't going to "mention any names," he still managed to criticize McCain for his "no" vote on the Senate bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
