A female stunt driver for the movie "Deadpool 2" died on-set in Vancouver, Canada on Monday.
Vancouver police said the unnamed stunt woman was filming a motorcycle stunt when a crash occurred.
Witnesses told CTV News that the stunt driver appeared to have lost control of the motorcycle, causing her to drive off set and through a glass window on the ground floor of Vancouver's Shaw Tower. She was quickly loaded into an ambulance, but witnesses said it remained at the scene for about 45 minutes before driving off without activating its lights or siren.
Vancouver police are still investigating the incident.
This comes just a month after 33-year-old stuntman John Bernecker died on the set of "The Walking Dead." Over the weekend, Tom Cruise was also injured while filming a stunt for "Mission: Impossible 6."
"Deadpool 2" is expected to hit theaters in 2018.
